Train The Day uses AI to enable natural voice conversations. Just speak to your coach like you would talk to a human coach. The AI understands context, remembers your training history, and provides personalized guidance in real-time.
We support most modern Garmin devices including Forerunner, Fenix, and Edge series. For real-time coaching during workouts, you'll need a device with Bluetooth connectivity and the Garmin Connect IQ app installed.
Not at all! Train The Day is perfect for beginners and experienced triathletes alike. Just talk to your AI coach about your goals and current fitness level — the AI adapts to your experience and provides guidance that makes sense for you.
While many athletes use AI coaching during training and workouts, we recommend familiarizing yourself with your race plan beforehand. The AI can help you prepare race strategies and simulate race scenarios during training.
Your workout data and conversations are encrypted and stored securely. We never share your personal training information with third parties. You maintain full control over your data and can delete it at any time.
